CCLS Presents: A Corporate Negotiation
The Deal Room is an interactive corporate negotiation simulation where students are divided into buyer and seller teams to negotiate the terms of a fictional company acquisition. Students will work through issues such as purchase price, employment terms, and liability while developing practical negotiation and problem-solving skills.
