First Monday at the Supreme Court: Looking Back and Looking Ahead
In what has become an annual tradition, the Law School will hold a lunchtime program on "First Monday"—the opening day of the Supreme Court's 2026 term.
Join Professors Bennett Gershman, Alexander K. A. Greenawalt, and Amelia Wilson for a First Monday discussion of recent Supreme Court decisions digital privacy in Chatrie v. United States; gun rights in Viramontes v. Cook County; and the decisions in Chiles v. Salazar, West Virginia v. B.P.J., Little v. Hecox, and Mullin v. Al Otro Lado.
Professor Margot Pollans will moderate.
Registration is required.
Lunch will be provided. 1 PD Credit will be awarded to students who attend.
