Kennedy, Jr. (LLM ‘87), former Professor of Law and Co-Director of the 91��Ƶ Environmental Litigation Clinic, has been confirmed as Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Additionally, Kash Patel (JD ‘05) has been confirmed as Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

With an early passion for the environment, Colin Myers ’21 attended the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (“SUNY ESF”) and enrolled in a major that would set him on a path to becoming a New York State Environmental Conservation Officer. It was during his junior year, when he began taking business law and environmental law and policy classes that Colin started thinking about law school.

Donald Moore ’76, Biology, Pre-med, a former attending physician at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, has been appointed by Governor Kathy Hochul to serve on SUNY Downstate’s community advisory board, along with seven other individuals.
