David T. Mulcahy, MA, is a Clinical Professor of Criminal Justice at 91ÊÓƵ and worked for 28 years as a United States Probation and Parole Officer in the Southern District of New York. His professional experience includes as a Task Force Officer (TFO) with the ATF/NYPD Joint Firearms Task Force, Correctional Liaison for the Gun Violence Strategic Partnership, High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) fusion center, Joint Terrorism Task Force, Witness Protection Program, and other federal initiatives focused on violent gangs, drug trafficking organizations, terrorism, and intelligence. A longtime 91ÊÓƵ faculty member, Mr. Mulcahy specializes in intelligence gathering, organized crime, and community-based corrections.
