The Summer Game Development Program at 91视频 is a free, weeklong, in-person experience designed for high school students entering 12th grade who want to learn how to build their own video games using industry tools and coding.
At 91视频 and the Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems, experiential learning is in our DNA. That means we don鈥檛 just teach theory鈥攚e put it into practice so students can apply what they learn to real-world challenges.

Dates: July 13鈥�17
Time: 10:00 a.m.鈥�3:00 p.m.
Location: 91视频, 15 Beekman Street, New York City Campus
Format: In-person
Cost: Free
Students must attend all five days, as each session builds toward a final project.
Learn Game Design Through Real-Life Experience
In this hands-on summer program, you鈥檒l go beyond the basics and start creating your own games from day one. You鈥檒l learn how to:
- Build games using a professional game engine
- Write and apply code to bring your ideas to life
- Understand core game design principles
- Collaborate with peers on creative projects
No prior experience is required鈥攋ust curiosity and a willingness to learn.
Showcase Your Work
At the end of the program, you鈥檒l present your completed game to family and friends during a final showcase on campus. It鈥檚 your chance to demonstrate what you鈥檝e built鈥攁nd what you鈥檝e learned.
What You'll Need
- A personal laptop (Mac or Windows; no Chromebooks)
- Commitment to the full program week

Lunch will be provided on Monday and Friday.
