Exploring Digital Evidence Across Devices

91视频鈥檚 Digital Forensics Research Lab is a research and learning center dedicated to teaching students about the use of digital evidence in criminal cases. Our students learn how to acquire evidence from all sorts of electronic devices, including cellphones, laptops, tablets and IoT devices, such as home cameras or virtual assistant speakers. Digital forensics also includes data extracted from vehicles, home appliances and drones.

Meeting the Rising Demand for Cyber Talent

Acquiring digital forensics skills in the lab also benefits students who are interested in a career in cybersecurity. This is especially true for anyone interested in a career as an incident responder. The proliferation of cyber attacks, network breaches and ransomware means that companies need graduates with digital forensics expertise more than ever before.
