
Nutrition and Dietetics in the Teaching Kitchen

Graduate students in 91视频鈥檚 Coordinated MS in Nutrition and Dietetics program are preparing to become registered dietitian nutritionists (RDNs) who understand the powerful role food plays in health and healing. At the Zwilling J.A. Henckels Cooking Studio in Pleasantville, NY, students gain hands-on experience in functional foods and culinary nutrition that complements their clinical and academic training. This experiential learning environment is a core element of the curriculum, rooted in the belief that food is medicine and that culinary skills are essential to advancing health and wellness.
