Course Description
Welcome to "Business & Leadership Communication" offered by the English Language Institute at 91ÊÓƵ in New York City. This is a practical, online course designed for B2–B2+ English learners who want to communicate more confidently and effectively in today’s global workplace. Through authentic business content and real-world professional scenarios, you will strengthen your English while developing essential skills in workplace communication, teamwork, problem-solving, presentations, and leadership.
You will build Business English vocabulary and learn common workplace idioms while practicing professional emails, meetings, active listening, giving feedback, making recommendations, and presenting ideas. The course also introduces leadership styles, workplace culture, collaboration, innovation, and cross-cultural communication.
By the end of the course, you will be better prepared to communicate professionally, collaborate with diverse teams, contribute ideas, and demonstrate leadership skills in international workplace environments.
