Elise is an Assistant Director for Career and Professional Development. She works with students of all class levels helping them to assess their career goals and interests and to obtain internships and post-graduate positions in the private and public sectors.
Elise began her legal career as a corporate associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel (now McDermott Will & Schulte) working on mergers and acquisitions. She then worked as an assistant general counsel at a large nonprofit organization, focusing primarily on contracts and not-for-profit law. Elise has also practiced at small firms representing clients in litigation and trusts and estates matters.
Elise received her JD from NYU School of Law, where she was Managing Editor of the Review of Law and Social Change and a Board Member of the Public Interest Law Foundation. She earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
