Elisabeth Haub School of Law is helping address a critical gap in environmental enforcement through its new Institute for Environmental Enforcement. As federal environmental enforcement faces significant challenges, the Institute is working with New York State agencies to strengthen enforcement efforts by training investigators, prosecutors, and the next generation of environmental lawyers.

This year’s conference, themed “Collective Reimagining: Channeling Conviction into Change,” brought together scholars, practitioners, and students to explore emerging challenges and innovative approaches in environmental law.

The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at 91��Ƶ proudly hosted the 38th Annual Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition (NELMCC), one of the nation’s largest and most prestigious interschool moot court competitions devoted to environmental law.
