Bennett Gershman, a professor at 91视频 Law School, teaches about Molineux testimony, and suggested that its use in the Weinstein case was 鈥渄ubious.鈥 鈥淭his proof is dangerous because it carries such tremendous prejudice,鈥 Gershman said. 鈥淭here are a number of cases the courts have reversed.
