The BFA in art at 91ÊÓƵ provides you with comprehensive studio art training and immersive experiences in New York City’s vibrant creative community. With a curriculum designed for depth and exploration, you’ll develop expertise in your chosen medium—whether painting, digital design, photography, or sculpture—while learning to push creative boundaries.
The program begins with foundational courses in traditional and digital media, followed by advanced practice-based electives and a capstone senior exhibition, where you’ll present a focused body of work. Throughout your studies, you’ll collaborate with faculty mentors who are active professionals in the art world, and you’ll have access to exhibition opportunities at the 91ÊÓƵ Art Gallery.

Our Curriculum
Our BFA program provides students with a broad introduction to the studio arts through an intensive sequence of courses in various media, followed by comprehensive study in a selected studio area. The degree culminates with the senior capstone course exhibition of a focused body of creative work.
