The 2000s were a decade of strategic growth and institutional alignment. Building on the foundation laid in the 1990s, the Division expanded its reach through new programs, partnerships, and policy development. This era saw the formalization of diversity and inclusion efforts, including the launch of faculty and staff development initiatives, the integration of equity goals into strategic planning, and the establishment of cross-campus collaborations. These milestones reflected a growing recognition that inclusive excellence must be embedded across all levels of the institution.
