Full-Time Faculty and Staff
The 403(b) Plan is a defined contribution plan in which specific contributions are made by the full-time employee and the University once eligibility requirements are met. The requirements are based upon age and full-time service criteria.
Part-Time Faculty and Staff
Adjunct faculty members and Part-time Staff are eligible to contribute to the 403b Plan.
