Harold E. Kaplan, BBA ’72, JD ’83, Florida Board Certified in Health Law (1995–2020), and also admitted in New York, was a Pisgah Legal Services (PLS) volunteer attorney at the Rutherford County Recovery Resource Fair on July 23, 2025, at the Gerton NC Volunteer Fire Department.
